Benefits of Sponsorship

The donor and/or honoree will receive:

  • Opportunity to name the canine

  • Updates during the puppy raising/training period

  • Notification of acceptance into formal training program

Upon the puppy’s completion of the program, Ground Zero will provide:

  • An announcement of placement with a handler

  • Invitation to the graduation ceremony, if applicable

  • A graduation photograph of your sponsored canine

Please note: There is no guarantee that a special name puppy will graduate as a Search Canine. Canines may be selected to become part of our elite breeding stock; others are released and enter alternate service canine careers or find wonderful homes with adoptive families. Puppy names must be approved by Ground Zero.

Ways to Give

Corporate & Individual Donations

Join in this heroic effort to deploy certified first responders and see a unique return-on-investment: the number of lives saved that might have otherwise been lost.

Planned Giving

Make a difference that will last beyond your lifetime by naming Ground Zero as a beneficiary in your will, insurance policy, or retirement account.

Memorial and Honorary Gifts

Remember a friend or loved one or honor a special person or event in your life.

Pledged Giving

Spread your commitment over a defined period of time. We can help you determine the time period and whether it’s to be applied to a specific use or to the need that’s most pressing.

Donation in Kind

On a case by case basis Ground Zero would love to accept Donations In Kind. You may have large/bulk building material ideal to help us build our own onsite rubble pile! You might want a new golf cart and wish to donate your old functional cart to us! We are looking for steady supplies of pallets. Any old kennels or airline carriers are accepted from time to time.

If you think you might have something of use to us, please feel free to reach out.
